The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for transfer of the suit bearing HMA No.105/2016 titled as Kushal Gupta vs. Swati Gupta from the Family Court, Rohini District Court, Delhi to the Family Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi.

Heard. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and HMA No.105/2016 titled as Kushal Gupta vs. Swati Gupta pending in the Court of Family Court, Rohini District Court, Delhi is transferred to the Court of Family Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi.

In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, HMA No.105/2016 titled as Kushal Gupta vs. Swati Gupta pending in the Court of Family Court, Rohini District Court, Delhi is transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari (Central), Delhi, for disposal in accordance with law.

It is submitted that next date of hearing before the Family Court, Rohini District Court, Delhi is 9th May, 2017. 5.

Parties are directed to appear before the transferee Court on 16th May, 2017.

A copy of this order be also sent to the Courts concerned through concerned District & Sessions Judge.
