Learned counsel for the parties submits that the valuation of the suit property for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than two crores and address of defendant No.1 falls with the jurisdiction of East District as such requests to send the matter to the Ld District & Session Judge (East District), Karkardooma Court.

Hence, in view of the submission and circumstances, the matter
