No one appeared for the appellant when the matter was called. 2.

On perusal of the record, it appears that no appearance has been put by the appellant in the present matter since 08.02.2024. No appearance was put on 04.07.2024, 11.09.2024, 20.09.2024, 05.11.2024 and 12.02.2025.

It is also pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent that costs of Rs. 25,000/- which was imposed on the appellant as well as the occupation/misuse charges remain unpaid in terms of the order dated 06.02.2017.

Hence, the present appeal is dismissed for non-appearance of the appellant as well as his counsel. The interim order is hereby vacated.
