% 26.02.2018 In compliance of the orders of Hon'ble Court dated 08.02.2018, matter was sent to UCO Bank for making FDRs in favour of the parties. However, a report has been received from UCO Bank stating therein that 'in absence of PAN/TAN of all beneficiaries, TDS on interest amount of FDR will be deducted @ 20 % on interest amount and have requested to either arrange for PAN No. or allow them to deduct TDS @ 20%'. In view of this, counsel for the appellant has handed over photocopy of PAN and counsel for respondents has handed over photocopy of PAN as well as of Aadhar Card in court today. The same are taken on record. Registry is directed to place the matter before Deputy Registrar (Budget and Accounts), who may hand over the demand drafts to counsel for the parties, in terms of orders of Hon'ble Court dated 08.02.2018, on proper receipt.
