On 31.10.2018 when notice was issued in this appeal it was recorded that appellants/defendants/judgment debtors will comply with the judgment and decree as a whole, but notice was prayed to be issued only to the extent of removing observations made against the appellants with respect to alleged assault, harassment etc as was the case of the respondent/plaintiff. 2.

Respondent/plaintiff has appeared in Court today and has been explained the contents of the order dated 31.10.2018, and in response respondent/plaintiff states that in case the appellants/defendants would not sue her in any manner in future for any of the issues which arises in the subject litigation, then, the respondent/plaintiff will receive the amount

under the impugned judgment and decree and the observations made against the appellants can be deleted.

Accordingly this appeal is disposed of by sustaining the impugned judgment and decree and the amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest thereon be paid by the Registry of this Court to the respondent within four weeks, however, the observations made against the appellants in the impugned judgment of the assault, harassment etc of an employee would not be held or read against the appellants with the further condition that under no circumstances any legal proceedings or any other claim of any nature will be filed by the appellants against the respondent with respect to the subject matter of the litigation or in any manner connected with the employment of the respondent/plaintiff with the appellants.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of aforesaid observations.
