Upon hearing, I find that averments made in paragraph No.2 of the CM(M) 199/2017

instant application provide sufficient cause to condone the delay occasioned. The application is allowed and the delay stands condoned. The application is disposed of.

CM(M) 199/2017 Impugned order of 20th July, 2016 rejects petitioner's application for release of `6 lacs on the ground that the averments made in the application are vague. After passing of Award, the concern of Courts is to ensure that awarded amount reaches in the right hands. After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive application before learned Tribunal to seek release of `6 lacs to repay the loans taken from the relatives and to start a small new venture to enable petitioner to earn his livelihood. In view of stand taken as aforesaid, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
