CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 12.09.2018 CRL.M.C. 4615/2018 By this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has assailed order dated 20th November, 2017 whereby his application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was dismissed.
Learned APP has pointed out that petitioner had assailed this order vide Crl. Misc. No.2681/2018 titled as "Kewal Krishan Vohra vs. State (NCT of Del hi) & ORs" which was listed for hearing before R.K. Gauba, J. on 9th July, 2018 and after some hearing, petitioner's counsel, on instructions, had withdrawn the petition. A perusal of order dated 9th July, 2018 passed in Crl. Misc. No.2681/2018 clearly shows that after some hearing, the petition was withdrawn by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Second petition on same grounds cannot be entertained.
Petition is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
