With the consent of the parties the petition is taken up for hearing. This petition has been filed under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Arbitral Award is extended. Having perused the contents of the petition as also the no objection expressed by the respondent, the time for making of the award is extended
by a further period of six months with effect from 02.07.2018. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
