CM Appl. No. 47196/2018 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 11 days in refiling the appeal is condoned.

RFA 928/2018, CM Appl. No. 47194/2018, 25758/2019 The learned counsels for both the parties says the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 09.01.2020 in terms of paras 10(a) to 10(t).

It is stated the appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement so enumerated above. It is also stated the agreement has been entered into voluntarily by the parties and without any undue influence from any corner.

In the circumstances, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 09.01.2020. The parties shall be bound by the terms of the said settlement agreement. A copy of the settlement agreement be placed on record.

The Court fee shall be refunded as per the provisions of the Court Fee Act.
