% 03.10.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail an order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dwarka, in relation to the complaint filed by the petitioner before the former, if he is aggrieved thereby, at an appropriate stage, in accordance with law.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of

accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of. Needless to state that, the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate shall determine the application/complaint filed on behalf of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably on the next date of hearing i.e. 11.12.2018, as fixed before him for the said purpose.
