% 23.02.2017 By the present petition filed under section 24 CPC the petitioner seeks transfer of Claim Petition No.506/2016 titled Susheel Shakya & Ors. vs. Jagdish Sharma and Ors. pending in the court of Mr.Sanjay Sharma, P.O.MACT, Karkardooma Delhi to the court of Shri S.K.Gupta, PO MACT, Shahdara. It is stated that arising out of the same accident four other matters are pending in the court of Shri S.K.Gupta, PO, MACT, Shahdara, Delhi. The details of the said matters are as follows:- (i)Claim petition No.1701/2016 titled as Pari Rathor @ Angle vs. Jagdish Sharma and Ors.

(ii)Claim petition No.1702/2016 titled Ram Sawroop Rathor & Ors. vs. Jagdish Sharma & Ors.

(iii) Claim petition No.1703/2016 titled as Ram Sawroop RAthor vs. Jagdish Sharma and Ors.

(iv)Claim petition No.1704/2016 titled as Rajesh RAthor vs.Jagdish Sharma & Ors.

Learned counsel for the insurance company respondent No.3 has entered appearance.

It is appropriate that this matter is also heard alongwith the other four matters which are pending in the court of Shri S.K.Gupta, PO,MACT Shahdara, Delhi. Accordingly the Claim Petition No.506/2016 titled Susheel Shakya & Ors. vs. Jagdish Sharma and Ors. pending in the court of Mr.Sanjay Sharma, P.O.MACT, Karkardooma Delhi stands transferred to the court of Shri S.K.Gupta, PO MACT, Shahdara.
