CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 21.09.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to get his two minor daughters admitted in a good school and also for re-establishing social ties with family members and society.

It may be noted that petitioner has already been granted furlough twice;

once in the months of January/February, 2016 and other one in the month of April, 2016. Ground of maintaining social ties is, thus, not convincing. As regards admission of his daughters is concerned, petitioner had ample opportunity to do so while he was on furlough in the month of April, 2016. It may further be noted that admission session is already over. Petitioner has not even mentioned as to

in which school he wants to get his daughters admitted and that the admissions, in the said school are still open. Petition is dismissed.
