After some arguments this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the impugned order dated 26.03.2015 is set aside with the further observation that issue of pecuniary jurisdiction will be decided by the court below at the time of final arguments in the suit after the evidence is led by both the parties on the factual issues which require decision.
