ORDER
% 15.03.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that they may be allowed to withdraw the present petitions and the application filed therewith, the petitioners reserving the contentions set out herein qua the accusations forming the gravamen of the charges which have been framed to be agitated at the trial. CRL.M.C. 3525/2016 etc.
Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.
II The counsel at the same time submitted that the petitioner M.S. Anand has suffered paralytic stroke and he being bedridden it is difficult for him to appear in person on each and every date of hearing before the trial court, he reserving the rights to move appropriate application before the trial court for exemption from appearance on his behalf, he to be represented through counsel.
The petitions and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
¥ The contentions raised by the petitioners are kept open and may be agitated at the trial. The application for personal exemption of petitioner M.S.Anand, if and when moved, will be considered by the trial court as per law.
