% 24.08.2017 It is submitted on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 that the corrigendum dated 1.6.2017 issued by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Central District, has expanded the terms of reference 22.2.2016 and 22.5.2017, initially issued on 22.5.2015 and that the terms of reference now read to the effect:

"Whether the services of workmen Sh. Gopal Sen and 17 Ors. have been terminated illegally and/or unjustifiably by the management during the pendency of an Industrial Dispute and also in contravention of Section 33(2) (b) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, if yes, what is its effect and what relief are they entitled?"

As was submitted on 15.9.2015 on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2, it is now also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

the petition has now become infructuous.

In view thereof the petition and CM no.20570/2014 are disposed of accordingly.
