% 07.09.2015 This writ petition pertains to the Award No. 22/2005-06/DC/NW in respect of the khasra no. 96/5 min (4-9) which is restricted to 1 bigha (1000 Sq.Yds.) in which the petitioner is interested. The only prayer is that the matter be sent for adjudication before the Reference Court under sections 30-31 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in terms of the order dated 15.01.2014. The learned counsel for the respondents concede that such a direction be given. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of by directing that the matter be sent before the concerned court by the Land Acquisition Collector within four weeks along with the accrued interest/statutory benefit under the said Act.
