Perusal of order dated 07.04.2025 of the Hon'ble Court reveals that it has been mentioned in para no.7 of the said order that since the matter was settled in Mediation, the parties are entitled to refund of 50% of the Court Fees under Section 16A of the Courts Fees Act. The matter has been disposed off as settled alongwith counter-claim vide order dated 07.04.2025.

The matter has been listed today in this Court for handing over the original Agreement to Sell back to plaintiff under acknowledgment. The concerned official of Registry is directed to return the original Agreement to sell/ Bayana Agreement to plaintiff as per rules. File is returned to the Registry for compliance and consignment.
