% 17.05.2016 The matter was listed on 12th May, 2016 and 13th May, 2016. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 12th May, 2016. On 13th May, 2016 learned counsel on behalf of the respondent informed to the Court that the disputes between the parties have been resolved. Copy of the memorandum of settlement dated 30th December, 2015 is also handed over by the learned counsel for the respondent. Same is taken on record. However, today when the matter is taken up no one has been appeared on behalf of either party. In the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is accordingly dismissed in default.
