O R D E R

% 20.10.2016 By way of the present writ petition, petitioner seeks parole for a period of 15 days for maintaining social ties with his family members and the society. Earlier the petitioner was released on parole for a period of 15 days w.e.f. 20.11.2015 to 06.12.2015. It is not the case that the petitioner had misused the concession of parole granted to him. Accordingly it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of 15 days from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. After expiry of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
