% 16.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has already been settled between the complainant and the main accused, pursuant thereof complainant has already been paid `40,00,000/-. It is submitted that main accused, namely, Joginder Kapoor, has already been granted bail by the trial court on 15th November, 2016.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
