% 16.05.2017 We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition which is based upon apprehension of the petitioner that an adverse order would be passed. The respondents have issued a notice dated 15th September, 2016 to which the petitioner has submitted a reply dated 27th October, 2016. In case of an adverse order, the petitioner would have liberty to challenge and question the same in accordance with law.

It would be presumptuous and wrong for us to entertain a writ petition on an assumption that an adverse and wrong order would be passed or to stall or interdict the proceedings at this stage when a show cause notice has been issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be treated as an additional submission of the petitioner to the authorities.

Counsel for the respondent states that the advance copy of the writ petition will be forwarded to the authorities concerned for examination before passing of an order.

Taking the statements of learned counsel for the parties on record, the writ petition is disposed of.
