Since, the appeal of the petitioner is listed on 26.05.2017, the appellate authority is directed to disposed of the appeal of the petitioner preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. The order of the appellate authority shall be communicated to the petitioner. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to avail such remedies as may be available in law if petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed in the appeal.
