Petitioner's grievance is that her petition filed under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has not been disposed of due to various objections raised by respondent No.2. Diretions have been sought to direct the Trial Court to impart speedy justice to her. 2.

The Trial Court shall endeavour to expedite the disposal of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act.

In view of it, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above observations.
