% 07.10.2016 Annu Kumari @ Manisha and Digvijay Singh Badana @ Manish are present in the Court. Both of them state that they have got married and would like to live and reside with each other. Digvijay Singh Badana @ Manish states that he had voluntarily gone to Mumbai with Annu Kumari @ Manisha.

Digamber Singh, father of Digvijay Singh Badana @ Manish is present in the Court and states that Digvijay Singh Badana @ Manish is minor, his date of birth being 20th July, 1999. Be that as it may, the petitioner i.e. father of Annu Kumari @ Manisha has spoken to Annu Kumari @ Manisha. Annu Kumari has

informed her father that she want to live and reside with Digvijay Singh Badana @ Manish.

In view of the aforesaid position, no further orders or directions are required in the present case. It is open to Annu Kumari @ Manisha and Digvijay Singh Badana @ Manish to stay at the residence of the petitioner for few days if they so wish and desire. Parties including parents of Annu Kumari @ Manisha and Digvijay Singh Badana @ Manish are at liberty to visit the Family Court at Tis Hazari Court Complex and interact with the counsellor attached with the said Court.
