% 17.11.2016 The allegations against the petitioner in the FIR by the complainant Lalit Kumar is that he was the distributor of vodaphone and running a firm namely Shri Shyam Communications. He had employed one Dhirender Singh Yadav, the petitioner herein. Since 16th July, 2016 Dhirender Singh Yadav stopped coming to the office despite the fact that he had stocks worth ₹1,10,000/- with him and from the market it was revealed that he had collected ₹1,90,000/- from the customers. Thus he alleged breach of trust for an amount of ₹3 lakhs.
When the matter came up before this Court on 22nd September, 2016 the petitioner stated that to show his bonafides he was ready and willing to pay a sum of ₹1.90 lakhs to the complainant within one week and for the BAIL APPLN. 1931/2016
balance amount of ₹1.10 lakhs which was disputed by him he was ready to negotiate with the complainant. Till date the amount of ₹1.90 lakhs has not been paid to the complainant. Considering the allegations against the petitioner I find no reason to grant anticipatory bail. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
