% 17.11.2016 Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the father of Nivaditta seeking a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner claims that his daughter has been missing since 18.07.2016. Nivaditta has been produced in Court. She submits that she has voluntarily married Mohd.Azim Ansari. She further submits that she wishes to stay with her husband and his family. In view of the statement made, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous.
