% 02.11.2018 By this petition the petitioners seeks quashing of FIR No.222/2015 under Sections 506/365/342/34 IPC registered at PS IGI Airport on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have settled the matter. Offence under Section 365 IPC being serious in nature, this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR in question. Petition is dismissed.
