% 08.01.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to his rights and contentions, submitting that the second respondent is not co-operating in follow up on the mediation settlement and the petitioners reserve their contentions on merits, to be agitated in the pending trial before the criminal court.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
