% 26.10.2018 The petitioner claims to have married the complainant. R-2 does not have a counsel. Accordingly, Ms. Hemlata Rawat, Advocate, present in the court is appointed as counsel for the respondent No.2/complainant; she states upon instruction that the respondent No.2/complainant is indeed living with her husband/the petitioner. This factum has been confirmed by the police. The investigating officer who is present in the court has identified the parties.
