The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 1539/2015 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 IPC at Police Station Hari Nagar, New Delhi. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

It was informed that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the complainant before the Mediation Centre. Mediation report dated 11th January, 2017 is on record. None has appeared on behalf of complainant to deny the settlement arrived at before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

On 8th February, 2017, interim protection was granted to the petitioner and she was directed not to be arrested till the next date of hearing. She was asked to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, she has joined the investigation since then. Charge sheet has also been filed. The status report reveals that the matter has been settled with the complainant BAIL APPLN. 1929/2016

and certain payments have been received by him pursuant to that. 5.

Considering all the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, she be released on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 40,000-/ with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/ Investigating Officer concerned. She shall however, join the investigation as and when required. 6.

Terms and conditions arrived at before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts vide settlement agreement dated 11th January, 2017 shall be complied with by the parties.

The Bail Application stands disposed of.

All the pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
