% 30.08.2018 Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, in view of the order passed today in WP(C) No.10253/2017, Sunil Yadav v. Indian Institute of Technology („IIT‟), Delhi, states that he would be satisfied if a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding between the respondent/IIT and the Coffee Board of India is furnished to the petitioner. A copy of the MoU will be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner within one week. The petitioner would examine the said MoU, and if aggrieved and required, would be entitled to challenge and question the MoU etc. Recording the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition. Pending application is also disposed of. We clarify that we have not commented on merits, and if a fresh writ petition is filed, the same would be considered in accordance with law.
