W.P.(C) 8457/2016 and CM No. 34885/2016 Petitioner is stated to be squatting at House No. 146, GAvenue, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi - 23. In the course of his submissions he has placed on record the challan dated 05.07.2000. His additional submission is that he is protected under Section 3(3) of

the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.

Per-contra learned counsel for the respondent submits that the challan filed by the petitioner does not create any vested right in favour of the petitioner. Be that as it may.

As TVC of NDMC has since been constituted grievances of the petitioner be addressed before the TVC.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
