O R D E R

% 27.02.2017 The learned counsel for the respondent states that in compliance of the order dated 11.11.2016 the respondent has discontinued the use of the mark ADROBE. It has also changed its corporate name to ADNIGAM PRIVATE LIMITED from ADROBE NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED. In view of the above, the principal grievance of the plaintiff stands addressed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff does not wish to press its claim for damages or other relief. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the plaint.
