The petitioner has undertaken to vacate and hand over vacant physical possession of the property in question to the respondents on or before 04.10.2017. The petitioner has also undertaken other terms and conditions . The undertaking is taken on record. The petitioners shall remain bound by the same. In view of the said undertaking learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent shall not execute the Eviction order till 04.10.2017.

RC.REV. 467/2016 Statement of Mr.Rakesh Kumar Arya s/o Shri Om Prakash Arya R/o F531-532, Ist Floor, Budh Nagar, Inderpuri, Delhi. On S.A.

I undertake to the Court to vacate the premises and hand over vacant physical possession of the property No.F-531-532, Ist Floor, Budh Nagar, Inderpuri, Delhi to the respondent as described in the Eviction petition by the respondent on or before 04.10.2017. I also undertake to keep paying the agreed rent to the respondent by the 7th day of each month. I also undertake to pay all the electricity and water charges for the period I am in occupation of the premises. I will not cause any wilful damage to the premises or induct any third party in the property.
