% 07.12.2018 According to the Medical Report dated 05.12.2018, received from the Office of the Senior Medial Officer, Central Jail No.4, Tihar, New Delhi, the petitioner has been accorded due medical care and was taken to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) yesterday, i.e. on 06.12.2018 and is next scheduled for the same on 13.12.2018.

In view of the above, no further orders are required. The petition stands disposed-off accordingly. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
