% 07.12.2016 Husband of the petitioner is missing since 2014. The petitioner had filed a complaint against her husband under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, based on the complaint an FIR has been registered. Mr. Mehra submits that since the husband of the petitioner is not appearing, proceedings under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. have been completed and he has been declared as an absconder on 14th September, 2016. Additionally it is submitted that the IO would inform the petitioner every six weeks about the progress in the search of the husband of the petitioner. Based on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that
the matter may be disposed of.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the steps taken by the State, leave is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court again. Dasti. G.S.SISTANI, J.
