% 04.10.2016 The matter has been settled. The petitioner has given an undertaking to this court that she shall vacate the property in question within 18 months from today i.e. on or before 04.04.2018 and hand over vacant and physical possession to the respondent. She has also undertaken other conditions. The petitioner shall remain bound by her undertaking. In view of the above undertaking, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall not execute the eviction order till 04.04.2018.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not wish to press the present petition. The petition stands disposed of.

I undertake to the court to vacate the property in question i.e. 1728, Fourth Floor, Gali Imliwali, (Gali Akhadewali, Hauz Suiwalan) Suiwalan, Daryaganj, New Delhi as described by the respondent in the eviction petition within 18 months from today i.e. on or before 04.04.2018 and hand over vacant and physical possession to the respondent/landlord. I also undertake that I will pay the agreed rent, electricity and water charges for the period I occupy the same. I shall not cause wilful damage to any portion of the property or induct any third party in the property. RO&AC JAYANT NATH, J.
