By an order dated 03.11.2016, it was proposed to appoint Dr Ram Kishan Yadav, D & SJ (Retired) as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The proposed Arbitrator has filed a necessary disclosure. There is no objection to the same. Accordingly, Dr Ram Kishan Yadav, D & SJ (Retired) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The learned counsel for the parties request that the fees of the Arbitrator be fixed at a maximum of `3,50,000/-. 2.

The Arbitrator shall fix the schedule of fees in consultation of the counsel/representatives of the parties subject to the maximum of `3,50,000/. 3.

The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for holding a preliminary hearing.

The petition is disposed of.
