% 02.12.2016 It is submitted that all the retirement benefits of the petitioner have been released. However, the monthly pension is not yet being paid to the petitioner. The monthly pension shall positively be paid to the petitioner from February, 2016 along with arrears, if any, by 7th January, 2017. The petitioner shall also be paid his monthly pension from month to month from January, 2017 onwards. The respondents shall give the petitioner the benefit of 7th Pay Commission in due course.
