% 24.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already been in jail and the petitioner is not required for the investigation for the recovery and the allegation alleged in the FIR No. 781/2015 under Sections 370/374/34 IPC read with Section 16 & 17 of Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1966 registered at P.S. Mianwali Nagar are not correct.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner if directed would obey the same and submits that petitioner be released on anticipatory bail.
Learned APP submits that status report has been filed and on instructions from I.O submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and the charge sheet has already been filed.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is further directed to join the investigation and in the event of his arrest he be released on anticipatory bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned with the condition that the petitioner shall not influence the prosecution witnesses; the petitioner shall not tamper the prosecution evidence and the petitioner should not leave India without prior permission of the Court below. The present bail application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti.
