This writ petition is yet another writ petition premised purely on the newspaper report relating to the business conducted by the Legislative Assembly. Least that the petitioner could have done was to obtain official information under the Right to Information Act, subject to the same being available with regard to what was the business, which is scheduled to be listed before the House. 2.

We are not willing to entertain the writ petition which has been filed without any effort at research of facts or law and does not place any material at all, other than reliance on bald newspaper report.

In view of the above, the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to undertake research, make representations and seek appropriate redressal, if he is still aggrieved by the acts of the respondent.

This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
