% 19.10.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent-Registrar Cooperative Societies states that action as per law would be taken. He submits that notices have been issued to four defaulters and notices would be issued to other defaulters, who would be asked to furnish explanation and action as per law would be taken.

We dispose of the present writ petition directing the respondents to consider the writ petition as a representation and application made by the petitioner society. In case the petitioner society feels that the Registrar,

Cooperative Societies are not acting as per law or are delaying the matter, it will be open to them to file an application for revival of the writ petition. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
