W.P.(C) 8637/2016 On 05.8.2016, a speaking order has been passed by the Architectural Department of the SDMC. The same has been highlighted. It is pointed out that in this order itself, the Department has noted that drawing of the reserved standard plan of shop-cumresidence of Shivaji Park market has already been prepared and there is no pendency on the part of the Architectural Department. Copy of the order (as is evident from the order itself) had been sent to the Chief Town Planner with a request to take up the above matter for its

approval on top priority.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in accordance with the directions of the order of the High Court dated 02.5.2016 which was followed by her visit dated 16.8.2016 no action has been taken. On advance notice, learned counsel for the petitioner has put in appearance.

The respondent shall address this submission of the petitioner as noted in its order dated itself and the Chief Town Planner will take up the matter on top priority.

No further orders are called for.

Petition disposed of.
