O R D E R

% 10.11.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for the relief of bail at this stage. He submits that a direction be issued for expeditious completion of the trail and adjudication of the case. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.01.2014 and the evidence of seven police officials remains to be recorded. The Trial Court is requested to record the said evidence within a period of four weeks from today and endeavour to complete the trial by the end of March, 2018.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that no unnecessary adjournments shall be sought and they shall promptly cooperate in the proceedings, every time the case is listed for hearing. The petition is disposed off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J NOVEMBER 10, 2017/acm
