In the circumstances, the Court appoints Mr. Rishi Manchanda, Advocate (Mobile No.9911681178), as the Arbitrator, before whom the parties shall appear on 29.02.2015, failing any amicable resolution of the lis in the interregnum. The fees of the Arbitrator shall be fixed in terms of the Arbitration & Conciliation (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015. A copy of this order be sent to the learned Arbitrator.
