% 20.12.2018 CM APPL. 48695/2018 (correction) This is an application filed by the applicant/appellant seeking correction of an error in the order dated 31.08.2018. In para 5 of the order dated 31.08.2018, the submission of the appellant has been recorded that 68% of the work stands concluded. Counsel for the applicant/appellant contends that in fact 85% of the work stands concluded, which is disputed and denied by counsel appearing for the respondent. Mr. Tewari submits that it is their consistent stand that in fact only 68% of the work stands concluded. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Reading of para 5 would show that submissions of the appellant were recorded. Accordingly, we clarify that in the 5th line of para 5, the word 'admittedly' would stand deleted and instead of that, the following line would be added :

'85% work stands concluded'.
