% 28.09.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted at property No.328/A-2, Gali No.18, Zakir Nagar, Okhla, Delhi.

On advance notice learned counsel for respondent no.1/SDMC has put in appearance. She under instructions submits that a show cause notice qua ground floor, first floor as also columns second floor of this property i.e. property No.328/A-2, Gali No.18, Zakir Nagar, Okhla, Delhi has already been issued on 05.9.2016. On 14.9.2016 order directing demolition of the property has also been issued pursuant thereto a demolition programme has been fixed for 23.9.2016. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that all

further actions in accordance with law shall be taken and completed. This statement of learned counsel for respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that action shall be taken in true letter and spirit.

Respondent no.3 who is present in Court shall render full assistance to respondent no.1 at the time of demolition programme. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
