% 26.02.2018 Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the cheque in respect of interest amount is ready. In the interest of justice, the time for deposit the interest amount is extended by three days. Upon the aforesaid deposit being made, the Registrar General shall disburse the same to the legal heirs of late Munshi Ram and Phula Devi in terms of para 3 of the order dated 30th March, 2017 by transferring the same to their savings bank accounts mentioned in para 2 of the order dated 30th March, 2017. This appeal has already been disposed of and need not be listed again. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
