O R D E R

% 21.05.2015 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground of attending marriage ceremony of his niece, which is scheduled for 24th May, 2015. State has verified the factum of marriage of niece of petitioner. On earlier various occasions also petitioner was released on parole/furlough and he had surrendered on completion of said period. To facilitate the petitioner to attend the marriage of his niece, he is granted 15 days parole from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. After completion of parole period petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Copy of the order be sent to Jail Superintendent for serving it on the petitioner and for compliance.
