% 17.08.2017 There are eighteen (18) petitioners before this Court. Respondents inform this Court qua the status of petitioner nos.3, 5, 6, 9 and 10 that the said petitioner institutes have been granted affiliation as their documents were found to be in order. The petition qua the aforenoted petitioners has become infructuous. Qua the status of petitioner nos.4,7 and 18 the respondents inform this Court that the Building Complete Certificate (BCC) related documents have been filed but they are not found in order; they have been granted provisional affiliation subject to their undertaking that they will filed all the additional documents on or before 15.12.2017 and on their doing the needful, the case of the

aforenoted petitioner shall be considered and processed in accordance with law the norms of respondent no.1.

Qua the third set of petitioners (who are 10 in number) i.e. petitioner no.1,2,8,11,12,13,14,15,16 and 17, this Court has been informed that although they have not filed their Building Complete Certificate (BCC) related documents they have, however, been granted provisional affiliation subject to their filing necessary documents which they undertake to file on or before 15.12.2017 and on their filing their cases shall be considered in accordance with the norms of respondent no.1.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
